Growing
I had been anticipating, all winter long, making a planter at the end of the deck so that I could do some farming.
I also had envisioned having flowers growing in pots on our beautiful deck. Dreams do come true!
So here, almost finished (the cap row isn't permanently placed yet), is the planter I made all by myself. Sounds like something a two year old would say. haha
I'm pretty happy with my efforts. And maybe someday I could work for Billy.
My project is even bearing delicious fruit!
Even though two weeks ago most of the plants were beaten down by the hail to nothing but some withered stems.
But even after the beating, in just two short weeks, they are again flourishing. That's kinda how life goes too, isn't it? But I know we're designed to be resilient.
Just like my bush after a heavy duty trimming.
Or my flowers after the hail (you do have to look close). But even after our hail, often spelled hell, we too can live to thrive again. My little project reminds me of that and I am grateful.

Camping, Blessing, and more Camping
Right now I'm saying $#?!@*(( cause these pictures did not load in the order I told them to so I'm really tired so I don't feel like fighting with them so I'll just do captions.
Jamie and Trey were ready to go on our great Yellowstone adventure!
We stopped at this cool rest area near Donner Pass.
The Linde Castle
Waiting for Old Faithful...it was late.
We had great seats.
Near our beautiful campground.
Ally having an adventure.
On our way to the Artist Paintpots.
At the mud pots, even though I was way back on the boardwalk, I got splatted and burned my ear.
We headed to Mammoth cause we knew we'd see elk there.
The kids liked hanging with the bear/cougar which was dubbed the Bougar.
Ally liked the "thumb"
Our bear at a safe distance.
Our buff at a marginally safe distance. That is one big head!
In a geyser basin.

The Blessers
Eliana's fan club.
The grandkids! (minus Ty-Ty)
Jamie bought a house but I don't want to steal her thunder, just know that she won't have to buy apples anymore.
I headed to the airport while everyone got to chill.
Then Dad and the Lindes drove home.
Dad had quite the week while I was at camp.
My home at camp. It was AWESOME!!!!!
Boy nap time!

Happy Campers
We had rain, rain, rain and hail at camp. But we all survived!
