Carter Kid Adventures

These may be a little out of order but they are all full of a very fun time while the parentals were in Hawaii!

We went to the Monroe celebration for Easter at the local park.  A hilarious egg hunt ensued followed by going "bandit" on the blow up toys.  Who knew you had to pay???  I'm just a grandparent!

An awesome gathering for Easter at the Lindes.

Summer and Andy...oh, no, I mean Eliana.

SILVER!!!!

Silly Girlies

Trey!

Dessert fans!

Brooke was pulling some Karate moves on Billy.

Emery was happy to be walking around.

Uncle Andy kept everyone happy playing in the yard.

The next pictures happened before Easter. We met up with the Lindes at the Fremont Indian State Park.  It was AWESOME!!

They have a great hands on area for kids.

And you better believe we hauled all 8 kids over hill and dale looking for petroglyphs.

These two are the best of buddies.

When we got home Cougs had found the ultimate resting place!

On Saturday and Sunday we had a great time listening to Conference.  The kids were so good and we were all uplifted.

It was a great time babysitting in Utah!!!!

Tyler camping with Tyler

With great anticipation and much reminiscing about past Tyler visits we headed to an awesome camping trip with the Willis Fam.

We struggled with our fires but Texas has been unusually wet so we enjoyed what we could fan into flaring.

Charina had brought a yummy breakfast!

Joey thought the whole thing was AMAZING!

We were really glad when the sun came out (Mostly cause then Dad could leave his special hat in the car) hahaha

We were safe cause Tyler had on his pirate face and check out the sword* in his britches (* a marshmellow skewer)

Guarding Joey
Ya gotta visit the Brookshire's museum when you're in Tyler.  Our favorite quote from the museum "We've been blessed with life's two greatest joys, the great outdoors and grocery stores."  YES!

Super Hero pose by GrandBill and Tyler

Joey was amazed again

He's working on getting taller!

We also went to the greatest zoo ever and it did not disappoint.

The boys were ready to GO!

Up close encounter in the bird house

A little bit of Africa right there in Tyler.

Sadly the recent cold temps and snow in the two weeks before the festival, the azaleas were in short supply.  But not the Azalea Belles!!!  Gotta pad those college resumes!

Who needs azaleas when ya got this colorful little character on the trail!

Thanks Willis Fam for the great camping trip!!  It was a BLAST!
