CLOSURE!!!!!

It's really happening, people. We are really moving.

Craft closet never looked so good, eh?

Yesterday we moved all these boxes into our new house, which we now OFFICIALLY own!!
Mom says besides the garage and basement, of course, these were probably the hardest things we had to move.

We are all happy, and the new house is nice and you can all come visit us whenever since we now really do own it!

SNOW DAY!

The providencial blessing of all that is good fell upon our heads today! When Bum and I got up at 530 this morning to go get donuts for the morningside we were supposed to have, we discovered that although there was not a drift in sight, school had been cancelled! Here's our celebration early in the snowless morning. Though there was no snow in the morning, it sure came all day, and our various activities were fun and fruitful. Bum gangsted it up while she began packing Char's room.
I cleaned some Sunshine Corner and looked through old pictures. Oh, family, how cool is our growth, and how pure a thought our perfect childhood! Thanks!Mom worked like a stinking guru and made up for all the work bum and I didn't do. Weird to see those bookcases so bare, eh? We're really moving! Crazy!
After a hard day at work, Dad meant to relax for awhile. But, he watched Nacho Libre and got a good ab workout instead. Bum and I, after the snow stopped for awhile, went sledding with some of our friends, which was a huge success and included a snowball fight and 10 foot mohawked snowman. No picture of the snowman, but Sum did have a good time getting dressed! In other news, Dad sold water (50 cents, or 2 for a buck), I had the senior luncheon, Mom is the genius mover, and read the blog below to find out about Bum!

Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow ~ The Second Addition

Well, funny thing my life; I've always been known for my hair. Every time I meet some on new, i am always commented on my thick hair. One of my friends calls my hair "the tube", because it is so thick. People often always comment on the length, also. When i was in 5th grade, my hair was down to my hips. It was quiet the drag! hehe! I have a horse tail for my hair. Funny how that works. Never in my life have i considered cutting my hair short. The shortest i have ever had my hair is like 3 or 4 inches below the shoulder. And when kristar and I are getting ready in the bathroom, we tend to look at our selves and point out how funny it is that she has short cute, blonde hair, and i have thick long hair. And then, one day out of the blue, i decided i needed a good change to come into my life. We're already moving and that's a great change. And I've commited to running in a race on May 9th. I also want to get a job this summer dealing with something medical. Usually, i HATE change. It scares me. But i needed a good change, so why not start with my horse tail!?

This is what you might think of when you see me......CRAZY hair!
You never know what you can do with long hair...for example...hehe!

Or how 'bout some nice greasy hair after girls camp!
So its weird to go from this........to this:

And this......
And cute sisterness!

Thanks sister Murdock!

Ahhh.....Hawaii

So the best part of a blog is the pictures, so here's some from our great trip to Hawaii. Thanks Uncle Henry and Aunt Marilee!!!!!!

So it didn't start out as planned, the plane from Denver to Kauai got weight restricted so we had an adventure flying to Oakland and then taking the BART(subway) to San Fran. It was late and very scary(according to Summer, not to worry, I sat look out)

It was worth it though cause we got this divine breakfast late at night(our time)
After flying to Honolulu and then on to Kauai, we picked up our very cool convertible(there are a few perks being the last kids at home)

There were trees to climb:
Great food to eat:
Beaches to lay on(if you get burned the day before you get to wear your jeans!)
Trails to hike:
Nature to play with:

Basically, we had a swinging good time!
