When the Linde kids are off track it's time for adventure! So glad we live close enough to be included!
We, Jamie and the kids, Kris and Tru, me and Dad, took a day trip to the most iconic rock in America. Delicate Arch.
Notice how Kris is indoctrinating Truman to love Pikes Peak already. |
It was 1 1/2 miles over to the Arch, Trey trooped right along. |
Cool Preview! |
Truman was so happy to be scrambling around |
I had to make this picture big so you could appreciate the best American Ninja Warrior pose ever! |
Last look at the arch. |
Another adventure was to the Museum of Ancient Life (Dino Museum) Lindes and us bought these cool passes that get you in lots of fun stuff. Since Bill had to work we got to bring Kris and Truman with us.
See that cute Ally face in the hole? Truman's trying to find her! |
Best part of this pic--Jamie torturing Trey!hahahaha |
Another one of our free adventures on the pass--ride up the ski gondola at Snowbird.
Hmmm...I thought Truman's scowl was from Billy?? |
And now a dream come true! Well, close enough!
On the way up Timp. |
There were 62mph winds at the saddle so we opted to just go that far. We're crazy not stupid! |
Horizontal Ponytail |
So pretty down below and not windy! |
7 hours round trip. Pretty good for an old lady! |
And as Dad says, "October really is the nicest month" |
