COUSINS

What a great week if you're a Roy kindred cousin.  And even better if you're the MeeMaw and GrandBill.  We sure were missing Tyler and Joey though.  Once again not many pictures but here's a couple....

We had a great trip through a minor blizzard to visit the Church History Museum

Eliana and Truman had a great time getting to know each other.

We had fun dying eggs.

The Carters spent their spring break with us so there was lots of cousin bonding (Eliana loved it and they loved her), lots of talking, lots of eating (3 lbs of chocolate!), lots of playing, lots of FUN!
If you add in a couple dogs, a MeeMaw on reduced caloric intake, and a GrandBill to stir the pot and you get unorganized, crazy times!

THANKS ALLABODY for coming to us house!

Busy Week!

BEST PART OF THE WEEK???
Summer and Eliana are here!!

The Hiatts spent time with us and the Carters came up and we got to go up to the Lindes.  What could be better? Taking more pictures would be a good start.....but I do have these.

Cousin bonding on the back step.
Grandparents Day at Ally's school was so endearing!

Ally learned to Waltz

And did such a great job with her lines in the show.

And drew this AWESOME picture of GrandBill.

I was in charge of the Relief Society Birthday for our ward.  Let's just say our committee ROCKS!

All those wedding reception table cloths paying off!

and one of my favortie views from our backyard.  Those little snowy peaks highlighted in the sun are actually part of the range behind our closest mountains.  They always make me smile.

We went to Greenville!

We had so much fun visiting the Willis crew!  It was warm and so nice!  Charina and Jimmy had a blast on their weekend away and we had a BLAST staying home with two of the funniest boys ever.  They are opposite in every way imaginable and all too fun.  You throw in Libby being tussled with by Dad and it's just a little too crazy.  So I had fun with all FOUR kids!!!
These two LOVE the sandbox

A favorite GrandBill activity

Tyler and Libby "playing puppies"  Libby is really good at it!

Such a good pup!

Ya never know who's gonna show up at the Willis'

Our great birthday adventure hike.  Zoom in and check out Libby's tongue!

Birthday boy!

The Willis girlies!

After we got home we were enjoying some spring time weather for ourselves.

Truman got to learn about grass and Doug.

We hiked up Dry Creek canyon but at the 1/2 mile point hit snow!

Ally invited Doug to be her guest for Pet Day for her class.

This guy was the coolest pet though.

Jamie threw the awesome BOY to the max birthday party for Daniel.

So life is awesome and great!  We're supposed to get snow this week but that's okay, Green follows snow eventually!

Family Pic 2015

 THIS IS MY FAMILY!

All 24 of us gathered for a few precious hours and we took a family picture.

How long will it take you to discover what is wrong with this picture?

I took lots of time to choose one that had the largest majority of us looking at the camera.  I sent my choice off to Sam's and had pictures printed.  It was GREAT!
Then Summer called to ask if I had noticed what was wrong with our picture.  Did you figure it out yet?

Besides the fact that we're all kinda crazy!

Maybe this pic will help you.  It was taken as we were setting up and getting ready.

The cutest kid ever, CHARLYANN JILL CARTER is missing from our family pic.

Now do as I did and laugh your head off!!!!!

Trying again....(a good motto for life)

I doubt anyone will see this blog since it has been so very long since I have blogged and now everyone is trained to not even check on our blog.  Nonetheless I shall endeavor to reestablish the good habit of blogging and keeping track of the happenings in our lives.  I could cop a bunch of lame excuses like life was just happening too fast but I won't.  I'll just say I blew it off for a long time and then it was so hard to go back and recover all that was lost so I just gave up trying. But not any more!  I'm trying again!   So, I'm just starting anew and posting pictures that will give you a flavor of what we've been up to.  It is great, that's for sure!!!

I helped fly the Willis fam home in January (but not Jimmy).  The boys were so good and Joey's nap cracked me up.

We did some good museum visiting with the Lindes in January

Our neighbors are former Coloradans and decided after the playoff game victory we needed a Bronco in our front yard.  Too bad it was snowcovered by the Super Bowl.  GO BRONCOS!

Fun with Daniel(left) and Ally (right) while they stayed with us while Jamie and LaDon were in Japan.

A perfectly timed, dead of winter trip to Florida was next.

Grandpa Roy meeting Truman

These people just follow us everywhere!  How fun!!  We all were randomly in Florida at the same time.

Dad and I did enjoy an awesome stay in Kissimmee (Thanks Marilee and Henry!!) and we had SO much fun at Disneyworld!

Bill had to go to California for work so I headed to Sum's house so we could take off and have a great road trip.
I went to visit Summer and soak up some warmer weather....it didn't happen as they had SNOW!

We had to send this picture to Tyler of us driving to the Willis house cause he wouldn't believe we were actually coming.

COUSINS!!!  They were the best of friends.  I've never seen 1 year olds play so well together.

Rockin' out!

At Aunt Char's park...really, that's the name of this Kid's Kingdom.  It's awesome.

Joey is fearless and has definite "monster" tendencies.  Watch out Trey!

Tyler the great!

We had such a fun time!!

See those slides? They are long and fast.  The kids LOVED them and by kids I mean Charina and Summer!

This is the cutest kid ever.  She is a talking machine and so fun to be with.

A random sight in Memphis. We just had to stop and check it out when we learned it was a Bass Pro Shop.

It had the usual fish, an indoor lake, incredible cypress tree/swamp theme.  It was beyond words.

My cunning family combined to pick me up at the airport and sweep me off to the Provo City Center open house.  Bill was at a scout thing.  I'm so glad they did it.  It too was beyond words in an even better way!

We had such a fun last minute trip with the Hiatts to Grandpa and Grandma Norton's in AZ.  The weather was spectacular and we had so much good food, good adventures and great family time!

We checked out the ruins at Tuzigoot!

This looks like a 7 year old Billy.  The perspective in the picture is so funny!

Dad and Billy had a blast on the 4 wheelers and Krista ran for miles up the mountain.

We spent a great afternoon with Unc Henry and Aunt Marilee.  We heard some of the greatest stories and are awaiting the book when it comes out!!!  hint, hint.

Thanks everyone for being part of our adventures.  We are loving living in Utah, loving traveling about and loving each day to spend with each other!  Life is good!
